The house is showing well. People love it. They love the location and the private back yard. The price is no longer a problem. So, why isn’t there an offer yet? Because it doesn’t have air conditioning. Really? It’s Colorado…you only really need AC for about 3.5 hours in July. Except this year. We seem to be unseasonably warm this year. I spent the afternoon strategically placing fans in windows, turning on the ceiling fans, and I have a guy coming over this evening to put the big window AC unit back in the dining room. That ought to make a difference. I’ve also been changing out light bulbs because so many of the lights have to be on for showings. I don’t have a halogen light for the entryway so I’m heading to the store in a bit to get one. Also, I want to refill the air fresheners and put fresh flowers on the dining room table. The flowers on the front porch are divine!

AND, the house is being shown today so send up some prayers that this will be the one!!!
