I’ve been thinking about this YOLO mentality. You only live once. Absolutely NOT TRUE. Unless you’ve been resuscitated after a medical emergency, you only DIE once. Every day you wake up on the right side of the grass is an opportunity to live again. Every…single…day. What are you going to do with your time here? It doesn’t last forever, you know. I’ve already wasted SO much of what I have been allotted. I could leave this restaurant that I’m sitting in as I write this and get hit by a bus. That makes this next hour really precious, doesn’t it? So, I’ll really enjoy this chili relleno and chips, I’ll browse in the antique store next door, and look both ways when I cross the street.
