I can’t believe it’s been a week since the wedding! So much has happened this week with the cleanup and the funeral and more cleanup! Our friends came by yesterday to get their quilts and extension cords we borrowed. I vacuumed the pool, cleaned house, covered the hay, emptied the truck, made a quiche for supper. And…I got more wedding pictures. I spent all evening playing with them so I didn’t get much else done.
I need to get both campers dumped and winterized this weekend. We need to winterize the pool and get the last of the burn pile finished so we can mulch the area with grass seed and hay. We have to mulch the new dogwood tree Mr. FixIt planted for me this summer. There are gutters to be cleaned and trees and brush to be cut and hauled. All before Thursday when we leave for our honeymoon! I’m tired just thinking of it.
So, in the meantime, here are some more wedding photos to enjoy! ❤️

I am so happy for you!!!! You give me so much hope that I too might find love again. I too lost my husband in March 2013 from a heart attack. I too am your age. We have soooooo much in common. I wish you and your husband the best of everything.
Oh, Debra…thank you so much for your kind words. I am ever the encourager, ever the cheerleader. I am living proof it can happen…lightning CAN strike twice. Prayers for finding that “silver love”, dear one. Keep your heart and mind…and EYES open, dear one! ❤️
