COLORADO WILDFLOWERS – WEMINUCHE WILDERNESS, ARCHULETA COUNTY, COLORADO

Colorado wildflowers, Weminuche Wilderness, Archuletta County, Colorado

I have been receiving wonderful feedback from so many people regarding my writing, my travels, my journey through grief, my jewelry, my photography, my “adventurous spirit”. You are telling me that I inspire people. That I remind you to love yourselves so you can be of service to those you love. I even had a lovely lady tell me she had lost her husband several years ago and always wanted to do what I am doing but was afraid or didn’t think she could. Now she is searching for her own trailer! I am humbled.

Your love and support are so touching they often make my eyes leak! I know this site started as a page to promote my art and jewelry business and that is what most of you signed up for. There is still, of course, a component of the site that is directed towards that promotion. But with the changes that have come with losing Mr. Virgo, my focus has obviously shifted tremendously. For those of you wanting to see more jewelry, I’ll get to that again as I feel motivated to create. If you don’t want to wait or aren’t interested in what I’m doing now and want to unlike the page, I’ll understand. Talking about death and grief isn’t pretty most of the time. But for those of you who have found inspiration, who have been motivated to make changes in how you think about and live your lives, I am so grateful you are sticking around to see what I might be up to next. My goals are to write every day, travel as much as possible, take tons of photos, create artistic jewelry (or whatever strikes my fancy at the moment), and be of service to others. I truly feel I have met my calling, my purpose in life.

I know we don’t want to think about it and we certainly don’t want to talk about it, but statistically, us gals are more likely to be left, in one way or another. My fervent hope is to show that just because our loved one is gone doesn’t mean WE are gone. My plan is to gather my writings at the end of a year and put them together into a book to help others feel OK about exploring the world around them, no matter if it’s a month or 16 years after the funeral. If I have inspired you, or touched your lives in any way, I only ask that you share my page with others, so that I may serve others in any way I can. Thank you all so much…I love each and every one of you! And, thank you God, for showing me my path and gracing me with an abundant life!

Hugs,

Ginny
