I received a text with some photos of the work done in my yard. What a nice couple to do this so I can monitor progress while I’m out of town! Can’t wait to see the finished project!

Snuggled in TOW-Wanda last night with my 7-year-old. We went to her end-of-year party at school and she was whupped. So was Nana! Today is swim meet then delivering furniture to daughter #2.

I know I am making the right decision to move down here. It just feels right. I feel my place in the family more tangibly than I ever have. It’s a good feeling and I know I’m going to be much happier. I stopped yesterday morning and had coffee with Mr. Virgo. I read the paper in the morning sunshine and chatted with him about the house and stuff. I will miss turning up the hill whenever I want, but I’ll still go visit. I’ll need to see my brother every month or so anyway and I can visit with him then. Actually, I visit with him every day because he is always close to me. That won’t change no matter where I live. <3
