Ok, I need another pair of cowboy boots like I need a hole in my head. Really. But I’ve been looking for a pair like these since I joined Sisters on the Fly. Some of the gals have THE coolest boots and yes, I covet them. I’m sorry. I need a 12 step program. I need to step away from the computer. NOT! I bought these bad girls SO fast it made my head spin!!! I hope they fit. The gal said I could send them back if they don’t. They are my size but cowboy boots are fickle. Oh, I’m going to do the happy dance in these! Oh, why wait…I’ll just do the happy dance right now. Nothing like a small amount of retail therapy to make a girl feel better about life in general.

My hands, shoulders, and neck are SO sore from wielding a heavy hammer for hours pounding out these spoons and forks. Just headed downstairs to get a cold drink when I heard the familiar “beep” of a dying battery in the smoke detector in my bedroom. So, I’m out of here for a bit to get batteries, check the mail, and break for the afternoon.
